Our Winter Gin was awarded a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition in April 2022.

The base of our Winter Gin is a specially made gin using orange, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. We we soak a selection of dried fruits, exotic spices and add a dash of honey.

It drinks well neat, with soda or as a hot toddy. We’ve also put it in custard and used it as a sauce on plum pudding.

It pairs particularly well with Fever Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale and a slice of orange.

Tastes Like More of a liqueur than a gin. Tastes like Christmas pudding and pairs beautifully with Fever Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale. It drinks well neat, with soda or as a hot toddy. We’ve also put it in custard and used it as a sauce on plum pudding.
