Gin

Juniper and Lime is upfront with Pepperberry, Cardamom and Cassia prominent in the middle. The long palate finishes with a subtle hint of anise. Our flagship gin has won numerous international awards. Garnish with lime or kaffir lime leaf.

This gin was made from blueberries sourced from the northwest coast of Tasmania. It is a delicate, fruity gin which combines the traditional juniper berry flavour with the natural sweetness and tang of blueberries. It pairs well with Fever Tree Blood Orange Soda.

Crafted with care and built for bold flavour, this gin is a vibrant expression of summer itself. You’ll find: Orange – bright, citrusy lift Elderflower – soft floral elegance Wattleseed – warm, nutty depth for a distinctly Australian twist

Warming cumin and cinnamon provide an earthy, spiced backbone, while Szechuan pepper adds a gentle tingle and lifted aromatics, creating a gin that is both structured and intriguingly playful.

More of a liqueur than a gin. Tastes like Christmas pudding and pairs beautifully with Fever Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale. It drinks well neat, with soda or as a hot toddy. We’ve also put it in custard and used it as a sauce on plum pudding.
